It is hard to be sad for a man that lived almost 98 years, living on his own terms. Almost 73 years married to the love of his life. He survived the dirty 30's, flying missions with R.C.A.F. during WW 11, being a member of the R.C.M.P, serving Calgary as a member of the Calgary City Police Force and his biggest challenge raising 7 children on a Policeman's salary. He did things the right and moral way even though it was harder.

How can one we be sad for such a man. We all are.
