Passing of Lorne Hughes Reg #1204

I have learned that our friend and brother, Lorne Hughes, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at High River on Friday February 2, 2024 after a 5 year battle with COPD. Lorne served with the CPS for 28 years and retired as a Detective. He was also a long time active member of the CPVA where he maintained many close friendships.
I have spoken to Lorne’s wife of 58 years, Louise, and have her permission to publish to you her email, llhughes@telus.net as well as her phone number, 403-601-3130, if you would like to reach out with words of support and condolences.
